1. Acceptance of Policy

Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before using the tharwah.qa website or mobile applications, which are operated and managed by Tharwah Web Maintenance and Trading. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this policy.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup through a phone call or through the app:

By call: Call our helpline at 8003530 (8 AM – 4 PM).
By app: Cancel or reschedule your pickup through the app on Google Play Store and App Store, available 24/7.

3. Cancellation Notice

You are requested to cancel the service at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, to support our pickup staff in planning the next order.

يرجى قراءة سياسة الإلغاء هذه بعناية قبل استخدام موقع tharwah.qa أو تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول التي تديرها وتشغّلها شركة ثروة لصيانة وتجارة الويب. وصولك إلى الخدمة واستخدامك لها مشروط بموافقتك على هذه السياسة والالتزام بها.

2. كيفية الإلغاء أو إعادة الجدولة

يمكنك إلغاء أو إعادة جدولة موعد الاستلام عبر الاتصال الهاتفي أو من خلال التطبيق:

عبر الاتصال: اتصل بخط المساعدة على الرقم 8003530 (من الساعة 8 صباحًا حتى 4 مساءً).
عبر التطبيق: يمكنك إلغاء أو إعادة جدولة موعد الاستلام من خلال التطبيق على متجري Google Play وApp Store، على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع.

3. مهلة الإلغاء

يُرجى إلغاء الخدمة قبل 30 دقيقة على الأقل من موعد الاستلام المحدد، لمساعدة طاقم الاستلام لدينا على تنظيم الطلب التالي.
