• Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request valid proof of identification (such as a Qatar National ID) to verify your account and prevent fraud.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

To ensure a safe and efficient recycling ecosystem, users agree to the following:

• Lawful Use: You will not use the app for any illegal activities or to violate any local laws in the State of Qatar.
• No Spam: You may not use our communication tools to send spam, spoof emails, or any content that violates this agreement.
• Data Integrity: You shall not post personal or financial information anywhere on the app except within the designated "My Account" section to protect against identity theft.
• Prohibited Activity: We automatically scan for and may filter messages to check for malicious activity, viruses, or prohibited content.

4. Waste Collection Services

• Service Fulfillment: Tharwah acts as the facilitator for recyclable waste collection. We use your data to provide a customized and efficient experience.
• Transactions: We collect transactional information solely to manage the recycling requests you undertake on the app.
• Fees: If any service fees or "collect money" features are implemented, they will be handled through secure servers and payment instruments.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

• User Feedback: If you post messages, leave feedback, or provide comments about the app, we may use this information to resolve disputes or for marketing purposes.
• Third-Party Links: The app may contain links to third-party websites. Tharwah is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Service Continuity: While we use stringent security measures to protect your information, the internet is not a 100% secure medium, and we cannot guarantee absolute privacy.
• Dispute Resolution: We retain transactional and personal information as necessary to resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms, post personal information in unauthorized areas, or engage in fraudulent activity.
