Account Deletion Request

If you have an account with the Tharwah app and would like to delete your account and associated personal data, you can request deletion by contacting us using the details below.

How to request deletion

Please send an account deletion request from the mobile number associated with your Tharwah account.

Include:

• Your registered mobile number
• Your name, if applicable
• A request stating that you want your Tharwah account deleted

Our support team will verify the request and process the deletion.

What will be deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including:

• Your account/profile information
• Your registered mobile number
• Saved addresses and contact information
• Account-related preferences and settings
• Other personal information that is no longer required for legitimate business or legal purposes

Data that may be retained

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, for legitimate business purposes, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or compliance requirements.

Any information that must be retained will be kept only for the period required for the applicable purpose and will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
